My goal is to change lives through the art and science of Pilates. In my small home-based studio, I offer private sessions and small group classes.

Qualified as a Comprehensive Instructor through the BASI Pilates Teacher Training Programme, clients can expect consistently thorough, well-rounded sessions to ensure a balanced, full-body workout. Client specific sessions can vary from beginners to advanced.

In a welcoming and friendly environment, it is the perfect place for clients to achieve their fitness goals, gain more core strength and improve athletic performance.

At Pilates FOR ALL, I mainly follow the International BASI Pilates method that offers a complete body-workout with a unique, accurate and dynamic flow. It is called BLOCK SYSTEM and designed by Rael Isacowitz. It employs all parts of the body, starting with warmth, foot exercises, abdominal, hip, spine, stretching exercises and includes exercises for the hands, side, chest opening, etc. offering a truly complete exercise in each session.

Private sessions are mainly on premium equipment (Stott Pilates), supplemented by accessories to assist or challenge the exercise.

Group classes are on the mat, supplemented by accessories to assist or challenge the exercise.

ABOUT ME

My Pilates journey started in 2015 when my posture was compromised by muscle imbalance causing constant headaches.   At the time I was a competitive cyclist taking part at national level.  I had a series of tests done and expected the worst.  When my physician suggested I start Pilates I was quite skeptical.  After 3 sessions my headaches disappeared.  

Pilates became part of my training regime with one group session and one private session (on equipment) per week.  It soon became my new passion and I wanted to learn and know more about Pilates.  In 2016 I decided to do the Basi Pilates Teacher Training Mat Course to gain the maximum benefit from Pilates – with little intent to become an instructor.  I had to teach pilates to successfully complete the course and found it to be satisfying on various levels. 

In 2018 I decided to expand my training and started the Comprehensive Teacher Training Course which enabled me to teach pilates on the equipment.   Sharing my passion with my clients and helping them to reach their goals gives me a great sense of satisfaction.  I enjoy teaching Pilates at all levels of ability and always strive to make each session unique.
